Gift subscription
I ordered a print and digital gift subscription in late February- the magazine has never arrived - the gift was for my brother, and he only has access to a digital copy not the print which is what I wanted for him

I have called customer service multiple times with still no resolution. I have paid for a subscription with no physical magazine copy that has been delivered. After calling customer service, I have sent two emails to their customer service department in addition to the phone call, and still no reply!

Inconceivable stupidity
Randomly clicked on an article online and was unable to view it due to the screen being completely inundated with marketing and adds. I then hid all articles from that their ridiculous choice to make articles unreadable.
Seen plenty of stupid stuff.. this is the goat of ignorance.

Not getting print magazine
Ordered Golf Digest's magazine in print form almost two months ago and have not received a single copy. I tried to contact them through their customer service email a month later have had no reply at all!
Today I called the number for customer service and she asked for an account number. I have no account number because I've never received a magazine! Then I was told to send them documentation for the account as they have no record of my subscription, but I get emails from Golf Digest everyday and the subscription fee was deducted from my credit card!
I am so discussed with the so called " customer service" that now I don't even want the magazine! I want a refund!

My wife and I both had holes in one on the same day on the same golf course; we were not playing together. Hers was on hole number eight, and mine was on hole number thirteen.
This was a championship golf course. The odds are said to be astronomical—one in the billions.
Not received magazine
I ordered a magazine subscription as a gift on December 21st, 2024. It was claimed the same day.
I waited the max 8 weeks they said, plus an additional week.
(9 weeks from order date) February 20th, I called and they said the person I gifted this to will not be receiving their subscription until April!!! They said, "it's just how it works."
User's recommendation: Do not give as gift, and order 3 months in advance.

When will the HOT LIST be available on new stands?
I asked when the hot list was going to be sent out and no one ever responded after three tries. Terrible Customer Service golf Digest.
Why dont you guys answer your phone? I want to know when the Golf Digest hot list will be available on new stands. Can you please advise

After multiple attempts to contact customer service and no response, my bank has provided a temporary refund while they pursue the issue.
I ordered a print & digital gift subscription for my son-in-law on Oct. 8th.
My payment was immediately processed. To date, he has not received anything including a message saying he will be receiving the magazine. Instead, I get periodic emails from you with golf information, and I'm not the subscriber. I called your customer service number only to be told that she couldn't handle issues pertaining to gift subscriptions.
She told me to email you. I've done that three times and have yet to get an answer.

Didn’t resolve my issue
I have a subscription but cant read my the Golf Digest emailed articles. I have sent several emails regarding this problem to no avail. I will not renew my subscription when it expires if this problem isnt resolved.

I don’t get my issues. I have 2 addresses and I contact Golf Digets to send 6 issues to New York and 6 issues to Florida
I tell customer service when Im in New York and when Im in Florida but the company does not get it right. Im missing Jan - thru April issues to be sent to my Florida address.
Thats why I have not renewed. Its sad because I have been a subscriber for over 20 years.
Resolved: 6 months and haven't received a magazine
Dec/Jan magazine should be sent and renewal pushed back to Nov 2024.
I ordered Golf Digest for my husband for Father's Day. September 22, I called to find out when he would receive a magazine.
Same day was told that I would receive the next issue. Four emails after and no magazine nor replies to emails. Went to website, pull up the customer service link and there's my unanswered emails.
No phone number which is when I looked for the phone number. The issue hopefully has been solved.
