In early December, I ordered a subscription for my son as a gift. I did not use the 'gift' subscription link in error and have tried multiple times to call and email customer service.
I get no response other than 'you need to click the auto-renew' button. All I'm trying to do is cancel the original subscription so I can re-subscribe using the gift option, so my son gets both the print and email versions.
I paid via PayPal $39.99 for this subscription, and he has yet to receive his magazine or email version, nor have I been contacted by 'customer service' to resolve this issue. Horrible follow-through from this magazine, and whoever handles customer subscription issues is doing a terrible job.

I simply was trying to get instructions on how to access Golf Digest digital content that was part of my subscription cost. I tried verbal, live chat and an email to customer service. Nothing got done- so I don’t have any ‘good advice’ as my simple question was never answered in any of their ‘communication formats’.
Cant get any instructions from customer service to get to the digital part of my subscription. They say they have no ability to help. Cant really believe that from such a major publisher!

I got a hold of a customer service representative who straightened out the problem. So I am good for another year.

I have called customer service multiple times with still no resolution. I have paid for a subscription with no physical magazine copy that has been delivered. After calling customer service, I have sent two emails to their customer service department in addition to the phone call, and still no reply!

Randomly clicked on an article online and was unable to view it due to the screen being completely inundated with marketing and adds. I then hid all articles from that their ridiculous choice to make articles unreadable.

Not getting print magazine

Ordered Golf Digest's magazine in print form almost two months ago and have not received a single copy. I tried to contact them through their customer service email a month later have had no reply at all!
Today I called the number for customer service and she asked for an account number. I have no account number because I've never received a magazine! Then I was told to send them documentation for the account as they have no record of my subscription, but I get emails from Golf Digest everyday and the subscription fee was deducted from my credit card!
I am so discussed with the so called " customer service" that now I don't even want the magazine! I want a refund!
